Fire Hydrant Cool Down in Lefferts

Some dude opened up the hydrant on Lincoln Rd by the Prospect Park
subway station and soaked these poor passers by! It didn't look like
they minded too much, and in the 95 degree heat I was starting to
consider jumping in myself!
